Good to know

Signs your lot is due.

  • Lines that disappear at night or in the rain. Paint wears fastest at entrances and in the drive lanes.
  • Gray, dry-looking asphalt. Florida sun oxidizes the surface. Sealcoating brings back the black and protects it.
  • Cracks you can fit a coin into. Water gets under the asphalt and turns cracks into potholes.
  • Faded blue ADA stalls or missing signs. Florida requires accessible stalls to be outlined in blue and posted with a sign.
  • A fresh sealcoat or repave. A new surface covers the old lines, so the lot needs a full layout and striping.

Questions

Good to know.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. No cost and no obligation, for homes and commercial properties.

Will my lot have to close?

Usually not for long. Restriping is often done overnight or in sections so your tenants and customers can keep parking.

How long until I can drive on new sealcoat or paint?

Fresh paint is typically ready in under an hour. Sealcoat usually needs about 24 hours, depending on weather.

Where do you work?

Properties across Florida, from single driveways to large commercial lots.

Can someone come look at the property?

Yes. Many jobs can be quoted over the phone from your photos and the lot size. For an official in-person quote, a site visit is $50 ($100 for longer-distance trips), and that's scheduled when you're ready.

How often should a parking lot be restriped?

Most lots need restriping every 1–3 years, depending on traffic, sun and whether the asphalt was sealcoated. Restriping right after sealcoating gives the sharpest result.

How fast will I hear back?

We'll call or email you to talk through your project. Many jobs can be quoted over the phone. For an official in-person quote, a site visit is $50 ($100 for longer-distance trips), and that's scheduled when you're ready.
